Amelia is relieved to get her car back from the traffic authorities after it was towed for being illegally parked. But when the traffic officer returns her car she is shocked to find that it is not just a financial penalty but that she is also going to receive corporal punishment as well. Once she has removed her clothing she is placed over the officer’s knee for a humiliating spanking.
