A new nurse Ellen May Davis from America joined the staff at St. Elizabeth. During her first interview with Dr. Jonhson it became very clear that she is a very sassy young madam with a big mouth and an attitude problem. Dr. Jonhson got so fed up with her that he promptly grabbed her and gave her a sound spanking. This is NOT America!. The next day she was sassy to one of her patients so she was called into the office again. Dr. Johnson decided to give her a sound birching, over the bed and in the diaper position.
