Senior cadet Donna while on duty by the front gate, was slacking off. Hands in her pockets, drinking etc. This is the kind of behaviour one would expect from a junior cadet. Her commanding officer scolded her and decided to give her a humiliating junior cadet spanking over His knee followed by a hard military style, 12 stroke, bare bottom caning touching her toes.
