PC Bright, while writing out parking tickets, came across a new Mercedes who had no parking ticket but instead of the usual 50 Pounds fine, she fined him 150 Pounds. Later she had to explain this to Chief Johnson and her excuse was that the rich bastard can afford it!. She was soon wrigling and pleading over his knee getting her bottom soundly spanked. She was then told to phone the Mercedes owner and apologize but instead she was rude to him and that earned her a sound tawsing over Chief Johnsons Desk followed by a lenghty cornertime on her knees.,
