Constable Sacha picked up Mr. Williams and took him to the Station. There she took him to one of the interrogation rooms and confronted him with the 12 unpaid parking fines. Mr Williams didn’t have the money on him so constable Sacha offered him a further month to pay but he had to accept a strapping from her. He accepted but just after 2 strokes, Chief Johnson interrupted them. He was livid and decided to strap Sacha’s bottom soundly while she lay over the desk.,
