Kat partied too much and it has affected her job performance. The boss paddles her over her skirt (with her watching between her legs), over wet panties and on the bare bottom. Then the boss makes her straddle a chair and hang her wet bottom out for more paddling. To finish her punishment the boss makes her go down on all fours and spread her bottom cheeks wide for Penalty Swats on her bare butthole.
