Shy Sky – The Unruly Employee’s Progressive Punishment Program

The Progressive Punishment Program 2

When an employee goes to work their focus should be on putting in a productive day of work. One would expect that effort put forth would benefit the employer. In the case of Shy Sky she was costing the business that she worked for a great deal of money. Throughout the past couple of years she’d been spanked by her boss on more than one occasion and most times the punishment would correct the young lady at least for awhile. Recently though, Shy had been making more mistakes than usual and showcasing a complete lack of focus. When faced with the prospect of being fired Shy pleaded for yet another chance. Her boss made it clear that there was only one option and that was to be placed on ‘The Progressive Punishment Program’, and with some reluctance the errant woman accepted the terms that were presented. It was one thing to be spanked on the rare occasion, but being put on ‘The Progressive Punishment Program’ would mean regular weekly spankings! Besides that, an employee could expect the punishment to be rather intense and delivered on the bare bottom aw well. Furthermore, a girl could be spanked more than once a week if her performance deemed it necessary,…essentially Shy’s bottom was at the complete mercy of her boss! The spanking would start over the knee and Shy would receive a strict hand spanking over her skirt and then across her pantyhose covered cheeks. She’d also be spanked in just her panties, and then on her bare bottom too! Each stage of the otk spanking was more painful than the last for Shy, but her bottom was really lit on fire when a wooden hairbrush was used to make a serious impression on her beautiful cheeks. The colors were rather lovely, but for Shy the pain was less than enjoyable, so you can imagine her dismay when she was instructed to collect the office strap and report to the employee lounge! Once in the lounge Shy would take a long set of strap strokes. She was doing rather well and her punishment was almost complete when she reached back to cover her bottom, a big mistake indeed! Shy would be sent to the corner while a punishment bench was brought into the room. Once over the bench, Shy would have to go through the strapping all over again, such a painful lesson for the poor girl. And since Shy was so defiant, her punishment was extended and expanded to include a whipping with the quirt, a tawsing upon her feet and bottom. She’d also have to endure swats with two wooden paddles with holes, and strokes with a wicked cane!!! As the year went on Shy would regularly have a swollen bottom and would be in pain more often than not when she was sitting, but her performance on the job most certainly improved, and that’s really all that mattered.
