Subversive Spanking Porn

Join Blake as they guide you through a retrospective of 9 years of Dreams of Spanking, looking at some of the most iconic and impactful movies they’ve producedBuckle in for a whirlwind tour of the history of Dreams of Spanking – accompanied by director’s commentary from Pandora Blake. This hour and a half retrospective includes over an hour of our hottest, most historically significant spanking films, taking you on a journey through nine years of innovative, award-winning British spanking porn. Discussing the recurring theme of mistreated queer youth rebelling against authoritarianism, and the evolution of our gender politics from “female gaze” porn to trans representation and a radical non-binary rethinking of gender in porn, Blake situates Dreams of Spanking in a politically charged cultural context, and shows how our films have queered stereotypes and subverted expectations since we first launched in 2011. Learn about our run-ins with UK porn censorship, including which film in our archive was most watched by porn regulator ATVOD during their investigation, and how we fought back against unjust porn laws by making illegal pornography. Totalling 70 minutes of sizzling hot spanking porn plus insightful commentary from Blake, this retrospective reveals the values at the core of the Dreams of Spanking project: inclusive casting, visibility for marginalised bodies including disabled people, real couples, performer fantasies, and transparent consent. Originally presented by Blake at the London Porn Film Festival, this is a celebration of subversive spanking porn in honour of the site’s ninth birthday. The films featured in Subversive Spanking Porn are as follows – Liberated Ladies of the Jazz Age, My Lady’s Pleasure, The New Governess, Sadistic Nurse, The Beastmaster, Houseboy and Ariel’s Sponsored Caning. Feel free to click through to the individual scenes to access behind-the-scenes content and interviews with the performers. It’s been a hell of a ride – and as we go into 2021, the future is even more exciting. So join us, and find out which scene ATVOD watched 29 times!
